TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/NestJS/AI): Developing and enhancing a secure client-facing portal for a regulated financial services company with an accent on end-to-end feature delivery, test coverage, and compliant software engineering. Location: Fully remote from Cyprus, Romania, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Hungary, or Lithuania

What you will do
- Analyze incoming requirements and provide accurate estimates for new tasks.
- Implement client-facing portal features end-to-end, including development, test coverage, and verification across relevant environments.
- Clarify requirements, coordinate dependencies, take ownership of assigned tasks, and resolve blockers.
- Apply AI-first development practices while maintaining solution quality and reliability.
- Support production systems through log and event analysis, incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience and 5+ years of hands-on React experience.
- At least 2 years of NestJS experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Basic Docker knowledge and practical CI/CD experience.
- Experience with Gitflow and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Upper-intermediate English and availability to work remotely from one of the listed countries are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Monorepo, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, or Datadog.
