Factory Human Resources Manager

Location: Balıkesir-Susurluk, Turkey; onsite factory role

What you will do

• Partner with plant leaders and operational teams to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent decisions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, blue-collar engagement initiatives, and action plans to improve motivation and retention.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations roles and coordinate HR processes for contractors, third-party workers, and unions.
• Lead social compliance and audit processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and company standards.
• Oversee factory administrative affairs, employee services, vendors, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership and managing blue-collar workforce processes.
• Strong understanding of labor law, social compliance, and manufacturing HR practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency and proficiency in MS Office.
