Recruitment Specialist (Game Development)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model with three days per week in the office from Tuesday to Thursday. Applicants must have the right to work in Bulgaria; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for AAA game development studios in Bulgaria and the UK, as well as headquarters, publishing, and QA services.
• Work with leadership and HR teams to analyze current and potential staffing needs.
• Identify effective sourcing channels, social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment advertising opportunities.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Build collaborative relationships with universities, career centers, and other organizations.
• Help tailor recruitment processes and improve hiring experiences and candidate journeys.

Requirements

• Proven proactive resourcing experience, ideally in a related industry.
• Experience with recruitment advertising, job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience managing social media, advertising, and career events.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, suggest process improvements, work independently, and demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident, effective communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; applicants must have the right to work in Bulgaria. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is also required.
