Email Marketing & Webinar Specialist (Eloqua): Executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation with an accent on Eloqua email builds, nurture flows, quality assurance, and performance reporting. Focus on building automated customer journeys, conducting A/B tests, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with onsite availability required for 2 to 6 months

What you will do
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Build emails in Eloqua using templates, modules, and dynamic content.
- Manage audience segmentation, contact lists, lead flows, and data hygiene.
- Create nurture flows and automated customer journeys.
- Perform QA, testing, rendering checks, and A/B tests.
- Produce reporting dashboards and analyze campaign performance for the UK team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience with Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, marketing automation, lead management, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns and automated nurture programs.
- Comfortable editing HTML emails and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- English proficiency at B2 level and willingness to work onsite for 2 to 6 months.
