TL;DR
Design Engineer, Product Engineering, BU Mounts (Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering): Leading the design and development of mounting and vibration-isolation products with an accent on design to cost, design for manufacturing, and compliance with customer requirements. Focus on defining and validating internal DVPs, conducting design reviews, solving development problems, and securing design quality and on-time delivery.
Location: Wuxi, China; onsite

What you will do
- Lead design and development activities for mounting products.
- Contribute to the acquisition phase through design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturing activities.
- Develop robust designs aligned with customer SOR requirements.
- Define internal DVPs and validate test results.
- Support technical customer meetings and participate in development-phase problem solving.
- Conduct regular design reviews while ensuring design quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering.
- Background in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering.
- Knowledge of NVH theories and concepts.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- English and the local language required.
Nice to have
- Experience with CATIA.
- Knowledge of FEA.
