Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits

What you will do
- Manage North America Beauty Care retail media campaigns on Amazon.
- Develop and execute Amazon eRetail Search and DSP strategies aligned with brand, category, and customer objectives.
- Own keyword, audience, product targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and campaign refinements.
- Translate innovation launches, seasonal priorities, and hero SKUs into effective search and display campaigns.
- Monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, and optimize ROI, conversion rate, share of shelf, and incremental sales.
- Present actionable insights and collaborate with Sales, Brand, Category, Analytics, eCommerce, and creative teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Media Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid retail media buying experience across Amazon or other major Retail Media Networks.
- Experience executing full-funnel paid retail media campaigns and contributing to team strategies.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into action.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work four days per week from the Cincinnati, Ohio office; immigration sponsorship is not available.
