Senior Graphic Designer (FMCG)

Location: Melbourne, Australia; hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Fixed-term contract position.

What you will do

• Deliver polished, on-brand creative across POS, digital, social, FMCG packaging, and web.
• Lead projects end to end, from briefing and concept development through final execution and delivery.
• Create motion and animated assets for digital and social campaigns.
• Apply print, digital, packaging, retail, and out-of-home knowledge to produce fit-for-format work.
• Manage workflows and priorities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines using Monday.com.
• Guide junior designers and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior graphic design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and design automation tools.
• Strong understanding of print, digital, and packaging design.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers and managing feedback across multiple stakeholders.
