2027 MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (MBA FLDP) - Full Time

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; starting positions are expected at J&J World Headquarters, with future rotations at sites in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, California, and Massachusetts. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Base pay: $141,000/year, plus eligibility for a performance bonus and sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Complete two Finance Manager-level rotations across Corporate Services, Medical Technology, and Innovative Medicine.
• Lead and develop analyst teams while partnering with business leaders.
• Deliver financial insights and support meaningful business outcomes.
• Work across financial planning and analysis, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial finance, supply chain finance, corporate operations, and R&D finance.
• Build enterprise perspective, finance expertise, and leadership capabilities for future director-level roles.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a full-time MBA program with graduation between August 2026 and August 2027.
• At least five years of full-time professional or military experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through employment, extracurricular activities, and/or internships.
• Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
• Current full-time Johnson & Johnson employees are not eligible, excluding interns and co-ops.
