Data Analyst, Catalog Onboarding

What you will do

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for catalog-data analysis and operational decisions.
• Build, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines across extraction, transformation, validation, loading, reruns, and failure handling.
• Integrate catalog data from multiple sources and resolve mapping differences, inconsistent formats, duplicate records, and conflicting values.
• Define data-quality validation rules, investigate integrity issues, track remediation, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Automate recurring data workflows and analytical tools with monitoring, validation controls, and exception handling.
• Define productivity and performance metrics, identify root causes, and deliver actionable recommendations, dashboards, and business reports.

Requirements

• Experience developing and optimizing SQL queries, including performance diagnosis and validation.
• Experience developing or maintaining ETL pipelines with monitoring, reruns, and exception handling.
• Ability to analyze structured multi-source catalog data, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience automating data workflows or analytical processes with validation and monitoring controls.
• Experience defining and interpreting operational productivity and performance metrics, and developing dashboards or business reports.
• Ability to own data integrity, manage priorities and dependencies independently, disclose risks, and complete defined deliverables.

Nice to have

• Two to three years of relevant SQL and Python coding experience.
• Strong Python skills for data ingestion, transformation, validation, debugging, or workflow automation.
• Experience with automated Google Sheets pipelines, query-plan interpretation, index usage, or reduced data-scan volume.
• Experience designing end-to-end data flows, monitorable workflows, and failure-recovery processes.
• Experience comparing prompt designs and delivering validated dashboards or reports from business questions through visualization and refresh.
