What you will do

• Lead and manage a regional Games design team across Asia, providing mentorship and creative direction.
• Oversee packaging and creative assets from concept through production.
• Ensure brand standards, timelines, business objectives, and consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams.
• Manage external vendors and production partners.
• Optimize workflows, reduce revision cycles, improve quality, and support product launches and presentations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in toys, games, or consumer products.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Knowledge of packaging and print production.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
