What you will do
- Research regulatory updates, industry practices, and IT GRC benchmarks to support internal policy and procedure development.
- Design, update, and enforce IT GRC policies aligned with financial-sector regulations and frameworks including COBIT 2019, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 31000, and GDPR.
- Gather operational input from HR, Legal, business units, and technology teams to identify compliance and security pain points.
- Draft SOPs, maintain regulatory and control checklists, and conduct routine checks of IT governance implementation.
- Identify IT-related risks, perform risk control self-assessments, map controls to workflows, and propose mitigation measures.
- Collect audit evidence, track system change requests, and support IT GRC change management and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong logical analysis, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI-DSS, NIST 2, and related cybersecurity frameworks.
- Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, POJK, PBI LPBBTI, UU PDP, and GDPR requirements.
- Leadership, execution, process-oriented, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of legal principles and personal data protection laws.
Nice to have
- Experience in compliance, information security, IT GRC, risk management, or IT audit within financial services, banking, or a similar governance-focused organization.
- Data Protection Officer certification.
