WeLab Bank - (Assistant) Manager, Cross-border E-commerce Financing Product Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide daily consultation and operational support to cross-border e-commerce financing customers.
• Support account opening, credit applications, loan drawdowns, repayments, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Monitor repayments, send payment reminders, identify early warning signals, and escalate exceptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system, account, and transaction issues.
• Maintain customer information, business data, operational documentation, manuals, and FAQs securely and accurately.
• Drive process and system improvements and prepare documentation for regulatory reviews, audits, and internal inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, International Trade, Business English, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in cross-border e-commerce, financial product operations, customer service, or a related function.
• Strong customer service, communication, issue-resolution, data management, and execution skills.
• Ability to understand complex processes quickly and explain them clearly to customers while maintaining information security, completeness, and accuracy.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills are required for cross-border business scenarios.
