What you will do

  • Receive, issue, dispatch, count, and reconcile stock according to FIFO standards.
  • Maintain stock cards, goods received and goods issued logs, and daily inventory reports.
  • Manage spare-parts inventory, reorders, faulty-stock consolidation, and monthly stock takes.
  • Perform basic checks and repairs on in-warranty returned units while maintaining repair tools and workbench safety.
  • Maintain a tidy store and shop floor, assist walk-in customers, and coordinate customer query resolution with Energy Officers and the Call Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with proven report-writing experience.
  • Effective communication, people, customer-service, problem-solving, integrity, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility in a store and repair environment.
