Senior Specialist, Trust and Safety Compliance Audit

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; the role includes onsite and remote compliance audits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive Trust and Safety compliance audit programs.
• Conduct onsite and remote audits and review findings for non-compliance and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, product, quality assurance, supply chain, and legal teams to drive corrective actions.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain organized audit records.
• Monitor corrective and preventive measures and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years of experience in Trust and Safety compliance auditing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a collaborative, results-oriented team.

• Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
