TL;DR
Team Leader Remote Assistance (LABS) (Robotics/Logistics): Managing daily remote operations for robotics and autonomous-vehicle assistance in last-mile logistics with an accent on shift leadership, safety, workflow coordination, and operational quality. Focus on supporting remote operators, improving processes, resolving complex operational challenges, and coordinating with engineering and management across flexible CST shifts.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Flexible shifts are scheduled between 9 AM and 1 AM CST, Monday through Sunday.

What you will do
- Oversee daily remote operations, including testing, deployments, logging, and cross-office workflow coordination.
- Support, motivate, and guide remote operators while maintaining productivity, quality, safety, and inclusivity.
- Monitor schedules and workflows, manage administrative duties, escalate issues, and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with other shift leads, managers, and engineers to maintain seamless operations across shifts.
- Implement process enhancements that improve team safety and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in autonomous and/or robotics operations management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, make rapid decisions, mentor team members, and manage complex operational challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety and experience implementing safe, efficient practices and compliance protocols.
- Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Linux, and GitHub, plus comfort using web-based tools for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work fast-paced, evolving operations with non-traditional schedules.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Hands-on experience with autonomous vehicle operations, remote assistance, logistics, or technical dispatch and support.
- Experience in fast-paced technology or startup environments.
- Experience collaborating with engineering or cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes.
