CD&A - Associate Director, Agentic AI Business Solutions (Agentic AI)

Location: Thousand Oaks, California; hybrid with on-site work required at least 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Deliver prioritized Agentic AI solutions supporting commercial and analytics functions from intake through design, development, testing, rollout, and training.
• Translate commercial requirements into delivery objectives, plans, and operational GenAI capabilities.
• Coordinate agile development with AI/ML and engineering teams, including UAT, access setup, integrations, and documentation.
• Orchestrate collaboration between CD&A, Commercial Insights, AI&D, technical teams, and business users.
• Provide delivery dashboards and communicate progress, risks, system performance, AI output implications, and scope changes.
• Drive adoption through training, office hours, enablement resources, feedback loops, and value-realization metrics.

Requirements

• Doctorate plus 3 years, master’s degree plus 5 years, bachelor’s degree plus 7 years, associate degree plus 12 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 14 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales planning and insights, and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions.
• Experience working directly with commercial or data analytics teams.
• Experience delivering complex AI/ML initiatives, especially GenAI agents or copilots that automate tasks or support decision workflows.
• Ability to coordinate technical and business teams, translate complex requirements, and maintain delivery momentum amid changing priorities.
• Ability to deploy, train, and support business teams using new digital tools or platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Thousand Oaks, California at least 2–3 days per week.
