What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites using Pytest, JUnit, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Validate integrations across REST APIs, microservices, MBSE layers, and AI pipeline components.
• Integrate automated testing into GitLab CI/CD pipelines with stage gates across local, development, staging, and production environments.
• Design and execute system, performance, security, and UAT test plans while tracking coverage and exit criteria.
• Build, deploy, and test cloud-based environments using AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Analyze failures, support debugging, and collaborate with development, systems engineering, platform, quality, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with the specified level of professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in software or systems testing or QA.
• Experience automating tests with modern frameworks such as Pytest, JUnit, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and Docker/Kubernetes applications.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, automated pipelines, branching, merging, and artifact promotion.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with load testing, DAST/IAST, runtime security scanning, or Prometheus/Grafana observability.
• Experience evaluating AI model outputs or incorporating model quality into test plans using MLflow or similar tools.
• Familiarity with digital engineering, SysML, Cameo Systems Modeler, or model-based systems workflows.
• Experience preparing validation evidence, test reports, and formal acceptance reviews.
