NG&NGL Operations Director (Oil and Gas)

What you will do

• Lead safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-efficient natural gas and NGL operations.
• Drive operational excellence, operational discipline, procedure management, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan production activities, manage area resources, and use operational reports and metrics to adjust execution.
• Lead team performance, accountability, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Oversee operating expense and maintenance capital budgets, outage planning, forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Support capital projects through design basis development, hazard and design reviews, equipment checkout, and commissioning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ten years of leadership experience required, preferably leading a geographically diverse mid-size organization.
• Ten years of oil and gas industry experience required; midstream experience preferred.
• Knowledge of natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and marketing required.
• Experience coordinating emergency preparedness and response activities and serving in an Incident Commander or Command Staff role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
