Analytics and Reporting Manager

What you will do

• Lead the Analytics and Reporting team, managing data analysts who deliver dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analysis.
• Establish consistent standards for analytics development, documentation, and reporting delivery.
• Own enterprise data products supporting management, financial, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, auditable, trusted, and supported by effective data processes and controls.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications and provide senior subject-matter expertise across enterprise analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in analytics or reporting roles.
• 2–3+ years of experience managing teams and complex reporting environments.
• Hands-on enterprise reporting experience in financial services or another strongly regulated and audited environment.
• Quantitative academic background with a distinguished academic record.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. employment opportunities are generally limited to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
