What you will do
- Manage and maintain the documentation system and perform daily documentation activities in accordance with the quality system.
- Release documentation packages to production for each job.
- Maintain revision control and update the file system based on engineering change notice changes.
- Review ECNs, coordinate with program managers regarding missing files or discrepancies, and release approved ECNs to production.
- Purge outdated documentation and distribute updated documentation sets.
- Upload bills of material into the MRP system.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- W-2 employment is required; C2C and 1099 arrangements are not accepted.
- Experience managing documentation systems and revision control.
- Ability to review engineering changes, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with program managers.
