Head of Industrial Operations Brazil and Senior Program Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the Suzano-Puran manufacturing site and own performance across safety, quality, volume, cost, and people.
• Oversee manufacturing, packaging, quality release, site P&L administration, and people development.
• Manage a multi-year transformation portfolio including API disruption, reformulation, equipment installation, utilities disentanglement, and compliance validation.
• Protect a €500M+ net sales portfolio by managing regulatory interactions, separation agreements, API risks, and supply continuity.
• Coordinate governance with Manufacturing & Supply, commercial, global transformation, legal, regulatory, finance, and people teams.
• Lead organizational change, stakeholder communications, workshops, training, and adoption across affected teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading industrial sites and complex transformation programs.
• Experience with carve-outs, divestitures, or major organizational separations and international projects across multiple markets.
• Strong operational excellence, P&L management, project governance, risk management, regulatory, financial, stakeholder, and change-management capabilities.
• Fluent Portuguese and English required.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Working knowledge of Spanish.
