What you will do
- Plan, organize, perform, and document research and development projects.
- Create early-phase concepts and support their practical implementation.
- Process project inquiries during initial customer contacts.
- Analyze and interpret potential future technology and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary resource teams and support ongoing projects.
- Maintain compliant documentation and ensure timely, high-quality completion of assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or technical field.
- Several years of development experience in the life sciences sector, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or medical development.
- Experience with product development, preferably coatings or drug delivery systems for medical applications.
- Experience in scientific work, design of experiments, R&D planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Knowledge of medical technology, project management, medical applications, and basic medical-device regulations and laws.
- Very good knowledge of German and English required.
