Software Engineering Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI-driven features using LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning APIs.
• Build secure, scalable, full-stack web applications and document technical solutions.
• Design and optimize conversational agents, RAG pipelines, and prompt-engineering workflows.
• Develop highly concurrent, multithreaded Java backend services for real-time AI inference and data streaming.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Architects, Tech Leads, research, infrastructure, security, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or current enrollment, in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Hands-on or academic experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, MVC, multithreading, and asynchronous task-execution skills.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, modern client-side frameworks, and real-time web technologies.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks, plus SQL and relational or NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Spring AI, or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms, Docker, Git, Maven, CI/CD tools, and Unix/Linux environments.
