TL;DR
Global Process Owner Accounting (Finance/SAP S4HANA): Defining and improving the end-to-end Accounting process across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cross Services with an accent on governance, performance management, and business process alignment. Focus on developing process roadmaps, monitoring KPIs, supporting shared-services transformation, and applying AI to organizational change.

What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and objectives for the end-to-end Accounting process.
- Align Accounting processes with Business Process Management, Business Process Experts, and IT.
- Develop business cases, functional roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cross Services departments.
- Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and maintain governance, procedures, documentation, and training materials.
- Support organizational transformation through shared services and AI.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounting processes and their future development.
- Sufficient experience to drive change and make complex business judgments.
- Strong business acumen and good SAP S/4HANA skills.
- Very good English at minimum C1 level.
- Willingness to take occasional business trips.
Nice to have
- Experience in shared service organizations within global corporate structures.
- German skills at minimum B2 level.
