What you will do

• Monitor incoming alarm signals through video, verify events, and dispatch appropriate actions.
• Conduct proactive virtual guard tours using remote video to identify illegal or unwarranted activity.
• Operate consoles, telephones, and automated video monitoring software.
• Document accurate, concise, factual, and detailed reports of handled events.
• Identify issues, reduce false alarms, and complete other duties assigned by SOC supervisors or shift leaders.

Requirements

• Based in Hyderabad, India, with on-site work at the specified facility.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Computer keyboard and console operation skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of video, CCTV, or alarm monitoring.
• Experience with video analytics.
• Alarm call center experience.
