Quality System Management Intern

Location: City of Singapore; onsite

What you will do

• Support implementation of electronic logbooks, electronic forms, and other digital documentation solutions.
• Manage GMP governance and the issuance of paper-bound logbooks and controlled forms.
• Lead and implement the site framework for document archival and destruction.
• Support the rollout of the Quality Culture program and track quality gaps, near misses, and Data Integrity Plan actions.
• Support logistics and readiness activities for internal and external site inspections.
• Track Site Quality Projects and support identified quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma, preferably in a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in any field.
• Current Polytechnic or University students are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
