Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist - Royal Lexington

What you will do

• Drive occupancy and revenue through leasing execution, customer service, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage prospect appointments, leads, property tours, showrooms, follow-up, and leasing data.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, room assignments, and roommate matching.
• Plan and deliver lease-up events, renewal events, and resident programs.
• Create social media content, audit digital listings, and prepare required performance reports.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, university partners, and internal service teams.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to interpret business correspondence and leasing documents.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lexington, Kentucky.

Nice to have

• Experience in the student housing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
• Social media experience.
