What you will do
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with all aspects of pharmacy operations.
- Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, and hospitals.
- Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely while counseling patients on pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure proper pharmaceutical product storage and operate pharmacy equipment and systems.
- Provide eligible patient services, including medication reviews and injections.
- Build collaborative relationships with district managers, healthcare providers, clinics, and other store stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pharmacist license required.
- Age 16 or older.
- Ability to travel to various locations and follow schedules set by the Relief Pharmacist program coordinator.
- Ability to follow provincial pharmacy regulations, patient privacy requirements, and established OBWs/SOPs.
- Ability to operate pharmacy registers, computer systems, and other equipment.
