Sr Associate Supply Chain - Sales Operations

What you will do

• Ensure the global distribution of pharmaceutical products and process orders according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Identify potential order-management issues, implement proactive solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Initiate and execute improvements that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of order-management operations.
• Contribute to order-management projects as a project team member.
• Review monthly KPI reporting and advise on issues for GSHE metric meetings.
• Support and advise management on continuous improvement opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Typically 3 or more years of supply chain experience in a GMP- and/or GDP-regulated industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge and experience in customer service and/or order-to-cash operations.
• Problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, multitasking, and customer-focused skills.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems, working across cultures, and collaborating in diverse international groups.
