Salary: $94,640β$169,520 per year.

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on complex employee and labor relations matters.
- Conduct and oversee sensitive, high-risk investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, policy violations, and grievances.
- Analyze findings, assess organizational risk, and recommend fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Mentor Employee & Labor Relations Advisors and coordinate team priorities, caseload distribution, meetings, and service delivery.
- Develop and improve Employee Relations programs, policies, procedures, reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Partner with leaders, HR, Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders while responding to urgent matters across organizational locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role.
- Experience researching complex HR issues, implementing courses of action, and managing audits, surveys, reporting, and analyses.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding or mentoring people.
- Strong investigative, analytical, problem-solving, consultation, conflict resolution, mediation, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with sound judgment and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting tools; Workday experience is preferred.
Nice to have
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or Employee Relations Investigations Certification.
