What you will do

• Lead a multi-year global enterprise content management transformation, including planning, budgeting, risk management, dependency management, and performance measurement.
• Steer all program phases, from legacy data migration to the sustainable implementation of new processes across business units.
• Advise business units on scalable ECM solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Design and establish digital processes on the ECM platform, including artificial intelligence technologies.
• Develop information architectures, data structures, metadata models, and governance standards.
• Coordinate international project teams, internal experts, external partners, stakeholders, management bodies, and steering committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, information management, or a comparable field.
• Profound experience in enterprise content management, document management, and IT consulting.
• Experience managing complex programs, migration projects, or global IT transformations.
• Strong knowledge of IT platforms, information architectures, metadata models, data governance, end-to-end business processes, and corporate data flows.
• Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and effective stakeholder management.
• Business-fluent English and fluent German are required for international collaboration.
