What you will do
- Contribute to Group Internal Audit's Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, including risk assessment reviews and audit file quality assurance.
- Lead improvements to audit methodologies in line with Global Internal Audit Standards, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with the Group Internal Audit Leadership Team, Chief Audit Executive, and Audit Directors on strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training on audit practices for the global audit function.
- Manage activities including the Group Internal Audit risk and control self-assessment process.
- Advance the use of data analytics, automation, and GenAI in audit and quality assurance.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 7 years of experience as an auditor or in a quality assurance role.
- At least 3 years of experience in an internal audit function.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, or CISA.
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards and audit execution best practices.
- Experience preparing structured communications on quality assurance trends, best practices, and complex technical topics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience in an internal audit quality assurance role.
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience with data analytics tools or automation technologies.
- Critical thinking, strategic perspective, and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
