What you will do

• Contribute to hirify.global Group Internal Audit's Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, including risk assessment reviews and audit file quality assurance.
• Lead improvements to audit methodologies in line with Global Internal Audit Standards, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with the Group Internal Audit Leadership Team, Chief Audit Executive, and Audit Directors on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on audit practices for the global audit function.
• Manage activities including the Group Internal Audit risk and control self-assessment process.
• Advance the use of data analytics, automation, and GenAI in audit and quality assurance.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 7 years of experience as an auditor or in a quality assurance role.
• At least 3 years of experience in an internal audit function.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, or CISA.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards and audit execution best practices.
• Experience preparing structured communications on quality assurance trends, best practices, and complex technical topics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in an internal audit quality assurance role.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience with data analytics tools or automation technologies.
• Critical thinking, strategic perspective, and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver challenging messages effectively.
