Data Quality Specialist

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Base salary: EUR 2,400–4,100 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of data quality assurance and data issue management frameworks.
• Perform data quality checks and monitor quality across systems.
• Collect and analyze data for the Data Quality KPI framework.
• Support the evolution of data quality and governance tools.
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to implement standards and resolve data issues.
• Promote data quality practices through documentation, training materials, and day-to-day support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data management, data quality, or a related area.
• Understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of financial or insurance industry data.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data management.
