What you will do
- Own the manual test strategy for application-device interoperability solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Ensure end-to-end coverage for workflows involving applications, medical devices, and third-party integrations.
- Lead test design, execution, defect triage, release readiness, and quality-outcome activities.
- Lead and mentor manual and hybrid test engineers while managing priorities across releases and programs.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Product Management, Development, DevOps, and Clinical teams on requirements, risks, dependencies, and delivery.
- Guide automation scripting, test-data strategy, environment usage, integration testing, and AI-assisted testing initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing of complex application and connected-device workflows.
- Experience creating test cases, test plans, test evidence, and end-to-end test coverage.
- Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements for healthcare products.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and coordinating test teams across multiple releases or programs.
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks and integration testing.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, defect analysis, or test optimization.
- Experience balancing manual, automated, and AI-enabled testing approaches.
