Digital Marketing Coordinator

What you will do

• Support the implementation, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize progress, and prepare performance reports.
• Manage order entry, billing reconciliation oversight, creative changes, reporting, and digital tasking.
• Coordinate with sales teams, clients, and creative services to ensure order accuracy and digital ad fulfillment.
• Support Account Executives, Sales Managers, and the Digital Strategic Account Manager with campaign development and advertiser presentations.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong internal and external working relationships.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful approach.
