What you will do
- Provide operational and analytical support for stakeholder requests, including manual data review, extraction, and targeted research.
- Maintain channel intelligence datasets across CRM, MDM, and third-party data sources such as PitchBook and D&B.
- Validate, reconcile, and research data to ensure accurate channel affiliations and reliable reporting.
- Prepare datasets and validate outputs for automated reporting tools and AI-enabled analytics.
- Monitor reporting refresh processes and enrich internal data on companies, investors, and markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market intelligence, CRM operations, business research, consulting support, client intelligence, or marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical, data quality management, validation, research, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience working with structured datasets and managing multiple operational tasks independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate, clarify requirements, investigate inconsistencies, and support recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Power BI and third-party data sources such as PitchBook, D&B, or Capital IQ.
- Exposure to SQL, data extraction tools, databases, or other structured data environments.
- Interest in AI and automation tools used for analytics.
