TL;DR
Commercial Lead Baltics (Pharma): Leading commercial strategy, portfolio execution, launch readiness, and customer-facing effectiveness for the Innovative Medicine portfolio across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia with an accent on business planning, market access, performance management, and people leadership. Focus on coordinating complex cross-functional launches, improving forecasting and customer engagement, and ensuring compliant execution across the Baltic healthcare environment.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with regular travel across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and additional regional travel as required.
Base pay: €66,100–€114,770 annually.

What you will do
- Lead commercial strategy, country business planning, brand priorities, resource allocation, and performance management across the Baltic markets.
- Drive in-market brand execution and launch readiness across oncology, hematology, immunology, and other portfolio areas.
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, HR, and other functions on reimbursement, pricing, tenders, supply readiness, and business continuity.
- Improve field and marketing effectiveness, customer interaction quality, account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Lead, coach, and develop Therapy Area Managers and field teams while building succession plans and accountable, self-sufficient teams.
- Ensure compliant commercial execution, manage risks, and improve go-to-market models, CRM discipline, analytics, and ways of working.
Requirements
- University or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or life sciences.
- At least 8 years of commercial, market-access, or business-leadership experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of Baltic healthcare systems, reimbursement dynamics, and customer landscapes across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
- Experience leading managers or cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including business planning, forecasting, launches, portfolio management, and performance management.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical ability, leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

- Experience in account management, business model innovation, pricing strategies, negotiation, or operational excellence.
