Configuration Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Configure administrative user access and feature permissions for client and broker accounts across digital tools and proprietary administration systems.
• Track and document configuration actions throughout each project lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply business and technical requirements across multiple concurrent client projects.
• Validate test scenarios and support user acceptance and functional testing cycles.
• Use internal content management and documentation platforms to reference current procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• At least 1 year of experience configuring digital client systems or tools.
• Ability to read and apply technical business requirements, functional documentation, and QA acceptance criteria.
• Experience with content management systems and documentation platforms.
• Familiarity with web application administration tools and proprietary administrative systems.
