What you will do

• Translate customer priorities into scalable use cases and lead proof-of-value projects demonstrating ROI.
• Build technical prototypes and collaborate with customers to design solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Communicate value and strategic roadmaps to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Onboard and support customer teams with Python coding and technical expertise.
• Influence product roadmap and create reusable collateral to scale solution engineering impact.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS or solution engineering (4-6 years preferred)
• Proficiency with Python, APIs, and modern AI/ML models
• Domain expertise in financial services is a strong plus
• Ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with REST API design and integration
• Experience deploying ML models in production
• Experience explaining AI models to technical and business stakeholders
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
