Senior Manager, Retail Training, Greater China (Retail Training)

What you will do

• Own and execute the retail training strategy for Greater China in alignment with business priorities and global standards.
• Design and deploy training for product knowledge, selling and service excellence, leadership capability, brand behaviors, new store openings, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop differentiated learning approaches for premium stores, outlets, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Integrate micro-learning, short videos, AI-powered coaching, and other digital learning tools.
• Build coaching capability through store visits, observation, feedback, follow-up training, and store-leader development plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams while managing the training budget and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Based in Shanghai, China.
• Experience owning regional retail training strategy and execution.
• Ability to develop training roadmaps, evaluate effectiveness, and connect learning outcomes to business impact.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a training team.
• Ability to collaborate with retail leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets.
