What you will do

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support employees with questions, concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance review processes and identify talent development opportunities.
• Oversee compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
• Maintain fair, current, and legally compliant HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Human Resources or Psychology is an asset.
• Exposure to organization management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
