What you will do
- Prepare, review, and submit sales and marketing activities through the CLM system.
- Organize marketing events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and society activities.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, booth setups, budgets, expense claims, and event documentation.
- Work with Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external agencies.
- Track CLM approvals, event outcomes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is advantageous.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, event management, or a related area.
- Familiarity with marketing operational processes.
- English communication skills for reading and writing.
- Healthcare or B2B experience is advantageous.
