Location: R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel
Salary: 275k - 345k OTE + equity
is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy.
Overview
You will shape our developer strategy, drive adoption through advocacy and enablement, and build the programs and teams that empower developers to build transformative applications on our platform. This role requires a passion for developer experience and a deep understanding of modern AI and cloud technologies.
What you will do
- Define and scale our global DevRel strategy.
- Champion the developer experience and be the internal voice of the developer.
- Grow an open, vibrant developer ecosystem.
- Lead ’s technical storytelling and represent the company publicly.
- Build and run global engagement initiatives, including hackathons and meetups.
- Build the developer content strategy, including documentation and tutorials.
Requirements
- 15+ years in developer-focused leadership roles, including 3+ years at the VP or Director level.
- Proven success leading Developer Relations for cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or API-first companies.
- Strong technical background in cloud services, containers, serverless, or AI/ML technologies.
- Experience scaling global developer ecosystems using data-driven strategies and OKRs across EMEA and North America.
- Skilled at building and engaging technical communities across multiple channels (e.g., docs, GitHub, events, Discord).
- Exceptional communicator and technical storyteller.
Nice to have
- Deep involvement with open-source communities, developer platforms, or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with platform integration, SDK strategy, and developer tooling lifecycle.
- Experience launching developer initiatives in early-stage or growth-phase startups.
- Fluency in another language a plus.
