Sales Operations Advisor (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of agent and agency contract changes.
• Collect, review, submit, and track documentation required for compliant contract updates.
• Manage agent-to-agent book-of-business transfers and coordinate policy-change documentation between sales and operations.
• Analyze eligibility for policy transfers and ensure accurate commission tracking.
• Establish regular check-ins with external partners and act as a point of contact for internal teams.
• Optimize the tracking and onboarding of large agency contracts.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of carrier processes for Agent-of-Record changes and book-of-business transfers.
• Experience managing contract documentation and compliance-related workflows.
• Ability to analyze policy-transfer eligibility and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams, operational departments, and external partners.
