Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Internal Med/Pedi Raymond - Full Time

Location: Raymond, New Hampshire, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to patients and families with basic to complex needs using the nursing process.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support seamless care across shifts and settings.
• Use current evidence and specialty standards to guide practice and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills in daily practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
