What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain global EHS policies, standards, procedures, legal registers, and regulatory tracking.
- Identify and mitigate EHS risks across global operations, lead incident investigations, and manage root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Support sustainability and ESG programs, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon footprint tracking, resource reduction, responsible sourcing, and supply chain decarbonization.
- Develop EHS training, promote safety and environmental responsibility, and support global offices with EHS best practices.
- Lead internal, external, customer, regulatory, and ISO-related audits and track closure of findings.
- Maintain EHS metrics, KPIs, reports, digital management tools, and global facilities processes including lease monitoring, office utilization, savings, and preventive maintenance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, environmental engineering, or safety engineering coursework.
- At least Safety Officer 2 and Pollution Control Officer qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS laws, OSHA requirements, ISO standards, and environmental management systems.
- Strong understanding of safety engineering requirements for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and physical hazards.
- Effective English communication skills and the right to work in the Philippines are required. Cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills are also needed.
