AI and Data Platform Lead

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and management of enterprise AI products, software applications, and integrated data platforms.
• Translate customer and business needs into scalable solution architectures, interfaces, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
• Operationalize AI-enabled products using SAP Joule, decision intelligence solutions, SAP BDC, and SAP-connected data platforms.
• Oversee software development, automated testing, deployment, maintenance, SDLC, DevOps, and change management practices.
• Establish technology, data, and AI governance frameworks while tracking delivery, technology, privacy, security, and regulatory risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, data, and AI teams, managing portfolio priorities, value realization, budgets, AI literacy, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3 years working with SAP, AI, data, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP, and the SAP Integration Suite.
• Practical experience delivering agentic AI solutions using SAP Joule and/or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI or intelligent automation use cases.
• Experience with vectorization of enterprise data.
• Healthcare or regulated life sciences experience.
• Experience with cloud-native technology stacks, including AWS and Azure.
• Additional understanding of the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
