Head of GBS Insights & Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Design and lead a three-year roadmap moving GBS service lines from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Partner with GCC operational teams and Global Process Leaders to identify friction points where predictive models can prevent operational issues.
• Prioritize analytics opportunities and drive measurable business benefits through insights and recommendations.
• Oversee the development of internal products and platform add-ons providing real-time recommendations and granular analysis of operational anomalies.
• Collaborate with HR and GCC delivery leads to redefine required skill sets and develop a curriculum for Functional Insights Experts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; an MBA in finance, supply chain, or operations management is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in GBS or shared services, including moving a center from basic processing to an advanced Center of Excellence.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven predictive models in a corporate environment.
• Experience in complex, multi-country, multilingual, and multi-time-zone environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Functional experience in the FMCG industry is required.
