What you will do
- Design and develop scalable data science algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets through exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building.
- Identify data sources, process data, and develop analytical models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to productionize algorithms.
- Advise business leaders and translate analytical insights into measurable recommendations.
- Coach and mentor others while developing expertise in data science techniques and methodologies.
Requirements
- Graduating in spring or summer 2027 with a master’s degree in data science, statistics, applied mathematics, physics, computer science, business analytics, operations research, software development, or a similar quantitative field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and solve business problems.
- Ability to work with diverse business scenarios and collaborate across functional teams.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice to have
- Leadership experience applying and scaling analytical techniques to deliver measurable insights.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce, SQL, and Hive.
- Experience with R, Python, C++, Java, Scala, parallel and distributed computing, Keras, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with data visualization, data management systems, KNIME, or Tableau.
