System Test Engineer (Construction)

Location: Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy; on-site laboratory and outdoor field testing

Gross annual salary: €40,000–€45,000, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Run validation tests in laboratory and outdoor field environments.
• Test hardware, firmware, software releases, and new features.
• Validate construction and machine control technologies in real field conditions.
• Investigate technical issues and document clear, practical findings.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Experience in testing, technical validation, product development, or field support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of communication systems such as serial, ISO CAN, radio, or machine-to-machine technologies.
• Good English skills required for work in international environments.
• Willingness to work in laboratory, field, and construction equipment environments.
